STORY: In contemporary Egypt, teacher Daniel Jackson (James Spader) partner with retired Army Col. Jack O’Neil (Kurt Russell) to open the code of an interstellar entrance to an ancient Egypt-like globe. They arrive on an earth ruled by the despotic Ra (Jaye Davidson), who holds the crucial to the Earth travelers’ secure return. Currently, in order to escape from their intergalactic purgatory, Jackson as well as O’Neil must encourage the world’s people that Ra have to be toppled.
